IMPORTANT
TIME - Don't expect miracles overnight. Initially, it will take time to upload all your files so we recommend that you continue to backup important files as before until all your files are protected. The amount of time required to backup all your files depends on the number of files you have and how long you connect to the internet. This is not an unreliable 'quick fix' like many companies offer, this is a secure long term solution.

UNLIMITED - We do not limited the amount of space used, the number of files or the bandwith that is used. However, your own broadband supplier (Sky, Virgin, BT, TalkTalk, etc) may have limits and different speeds for uploading and downloading files.

SETUP - You can backup ALL your computers, just download the software onto each device. Select everything you want to backup by ticking the boxes. If you want to add extra files or folders just add them to the list. It is very easy to setup and you will be guided through the set-up process.

RESTORE - Remember to download the restore software from your account. Get used to the layout and controls. Once the scan has taken place you should be able to see all the files and directories. Each file will have a flag or status of true or false. 'True' means the file has been backed up. 'False' means the file has not been backed up yet. Try restoring a file with a true status to see how quick and easy it is.

WINDOWS PC - The system works on Windows computers but requires Windows XP or later.

MAC - The system works on Mac computers but requires Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or later.
